- 1 1⁄2 ounces Midori melon liqueur
- 1 ounce cream of coconut
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 1⁄2 of a peach (sliced)
- ice
directions
- Put all ingredients in blender with 1/2 cup ice. Blend. Add more ice as you wish.

Great drink! Love the fresh peac h and pineapple here. I used frozen which worked fantastically and made the drink even colder and slushier! The Midori/coconut/fruit blend made a strange sort of color but it photographed nicely. If a prettier color is desired that could easily be achieved with a little grenadine for more orange or even some food color. This drink had a great fruity taste of the tropics.
